Organizational Structure

Executive Leadership
The Principal Chief and Second Chief lead the executive departments, overseeing day-to-day tribal operations, managing tribal employees, and implementing legislation.
Legislative Leadership
The Governing Committee serves as the legislative body, enacting laws, approving budgets, and establishing policies that govern the Alabama Quassarte Tribal Town.

The Tribal Court system adjudicates matters under tribal law, protecting the rights of tribal members and upholding the sovereignty of the nation.

The Alabama Quassarte Tribal Town operates under a tribal constitution that establishes the framework of our government, defines the rights of tribal members, and affirms our sovereignty as a federally recognized nation. Our laws and ordinances are enacted by the Governing Committee in accordance with the constitution.
